These provisions govern ReasonSpan™ accounts, educational materials, assessment delivery, solution access, payments, privacy, and support.
Book launch notifications
Free PE Civil Construction book launch registration collects your email address, consent, registration time and referral source. We use these only to confirm your email and send the one launch notification you requested. Registration does not purchase an ebook or enroll you in an online program, and does not subscribe you to general marketing. Email is delivered through Resend. You can cancel using the link in your confirmation email. Contact support@reasonspan.com to request deletion.
Independent-provider disclosure
ReasonSpan™ is an independent educational provider operated by Neor Group Holdings, Inc. ReasonSpan™ is a service mark of Neor Group Holdings, Inc. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by NCEES, NCARB, PMI, any licensing board, or any standards-development organization.
Educational use and no guarantee
Materials are for education and exam preparation only. They are not professional advice. ReasonSpan™ does not promise a passing examination result, licensure, or professional competence.
Reference materials
ReasonSpan™ does not distribute NCEES reference handbooks or third-party standards. Candidates can access the applicable NCEES handbook through their MyNCEES account and should consult NCEES for the current exam resources. Obtain any needed standards through authorized sources. Reference paths identify subject matter and do not grant distribution rights.
Individual license
Access is limited to one named candidate for personal study during the stated access period. Materials may not be shared, resold, published, scraped, reproduced, or used to train another system.
Personalized ebook delivery
Ebooks are separate individual purchases and do not include online-program enrollment. Each purchased PDF carries an order identifier linked privately to the purchasing account. Complete books are held in private storage. Downloads require the purchasing account and a temporary link; a fresh link can be requested from My ebooks. Link expiration does not expire a downloaded copy. PDF printing, copying, editing and annotation restrictions apply in compatible readers, but cannot prevent every form of reproduction. Do not share or redistribute your copy. Full refunds and payment disputes suspend further downloads while the payment is reviewed. Purchase and delivery records are retained for fulfillment, support, security and applicable accounting obligations.
PE Civil Construction program scope
The $129 PE Civil Construction enrollment provides 90 days of access to 11 domain overviews, 11 in-depth chapters, 44 focused reviews, an 80-question diagnostic with 50 engineering exhibits and worked solutions, an individual report and 44-subtopic remediation map, 44 targeted practice sets with 220 original exam-style questions and 132 guided reasoning drills, and one separate 80-question mock exam. Guided drills support learning but do not count toward demonstrated mastery. Current content applies to exams scheduled through March 2027.
PE Architectural Engineering program scope
The current $79 founding-cohort enrollment provides individual access until October 28, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (8:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time), with no automatic renewal. This is one simultaneous cutoff for all candidates. It includes one protected 40-question baseline diagnostic, 18 focused modules, 130 Decision Cards, 144 applied-practice questions, 12 separate alternative item drills, electronic-reference drills, and two separate 85-question mixed-format mock exams with single-answer, multiple-response, numeric-entry, and matching items. The baseline guides initial study priorities and is not a pass prediction. The eight-question public sampler is free and requires no account or email. A later annual-cycle offer may have different pricing and access terms, which will be stated before purchase.
ARE 5.0 Project Development and Documentation (PDD) program scope
The $99 ARE 5.0 Project Development and Documentation enrollment provides 90 days of access to a 40-item focused diagnostic, 58 theory lessons, 18 narrated visual decision clips, 120 Decision Cards, 300 original release items, two distinct 100-item mock exams, and three searchable project case studies. The program uses original content and does not reproduce NCARB practice questions or copyrighted reference material.
PMP training and exam-preparation program scope
ReasonSpan™ PMP training and exam preparation provide 180 days of access for a one-time $59 purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The program includes 41 guided modules with a 35-hour instructional plan, 12 foundation chapters, 24 focused lessons, 42 supplementary worked case studies, a 60-question diagnostic, 500 targeted questions and two distinct 180-question mocks. Practice scores are learning feedback and do not predict an official PMP result. PDUs are not offered.
PMP completion and certificate
A certificate requires the named learner to complete all 41 guided modules and required activities, record at least 35 hours of active project management instruction in completed course activities, and pass a separate 20-question final assessment with at least 16 correct answers (80 percent). Suggested lesson minutes do not award time automatically. Diagnostic, targeted practice, mock exams and assessment time are excluded. The completion record includes the learner name, course version, dates, documented active hours, assessment result and a public verification identifier. ReasonSpan™ is an independent education provider, not a PMI Authorized Training Partner. PMI independently determines whether training and each applicant meet its eligibility requirements; a certificate does not guarantee acceptance or exam success.
Assessment and solution access
Answers, timing, confidence ratings, flags, and submission events may be stored for scoring, recovery, reporting, support, and improvement. For the PE Civil Construction diagnostic, worked solutions unlock after a submitted attempt includes answers to at least 64 of its 80 questions. Other programs show their own review rules in the course.
Refunds
A candidate may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if protected answer and solution materials have not been accessed. Duplicate charges, failure to provide purchased access, and rights required by law remain reviewable.
Corrections and updates
Verified issues may be corrected through a controlled release. A reported concern does not automatically invalidate an item or change a score. Active candidates receive the current corrected version without an automatic access-period extension.
Optional experience feedback
The optional website-experience form stores your selected program, offer-clarity rating, practice-completion answer, purchase decision factor, comments, and a browser identifier for private review. It does not request an email address or create a marketing subscription. Please omit personal information from comments. Feedback is not published as a testimonial without separate permission.
Privacy minimums
ReasonSpan™ collects information needed for accounts, access, payments, assessment delivery, support, security, and product improvement. The free PE Architectural sampler requires no account or email. If an email is submitted for a separately requested resource, it may be stored to provide and measure that resource. Promotional email consent is optional, separate, and may be withdrawn by contacting support@reasonspan.com. The site records first-party page, referral, and conversion events using a random browser identifier and campaign parameters. ReasonSpan™ does not sell candidate information. Stripe processes payment-card information; ReasonSpan™ does not ask candidates to enter card details into the learning platform. Candidates may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through support@reasonspan.com, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Support
Candidates may submit technical, content, access, billing, or other concerns through the account support page. Requests are stored with the candidate account and tracked by status. Pre-purchase and general support is available at support@reasonspan.com.
