These provisions govern ReasonSpan™ accounts, educational materials, assessment delivery, solution access, payments, privacy, and support.
Independent-provider disclosure
ReasonSpan™ is an independent educational provider operated by Neor Group Holdings, Inc. ReasonSpan™ is a service mark of Neor Group Holdings, Inc. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by NCEES, any licensing board, or any standards-development organization.
Educational use and no guarantee
Materials are for education and exam preparation only. They are not professional advice. ReasonSpan™ does not promise a passing examination result, licensure, or professional competence.
Reference materials
NCEES handbooks and third-party standards are not included. Candidates must obtain authorized copies from the applicable publisher. Reference paths identify subject matter and do not grant distribution rights.
Individual license
Access is limited to one named candidate for personal study during the stated access period. Materials may not be shared, resold, published, scraped, reproduced, or used to train another system.
Program scope
The $129 PE Civil Construction enrollment provides 90 days of access to 11 concise domain overviews, 44 detailed targeted review chapters, the 80-question diagnostic and its 49 engineering exhibits, all 80 worked solutions, the individual diagnostic report, and 352 targeted-practice questions not used in the diagnostic. Enrollment will not open until the included review chapters and targeted-practice pathways have passed release review.
Assessment and solution access
Answers, timing, confidence ratings, flags, and submission events may be stored for scoring, recovery, reporting, support, and improvement. Worked solutions unlock only when a submitted diagnostic attempt includes answers to at least 64 questions.
Refunds
A candidate may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if protected answer and solution materials have not been accessed. Duplicate charges, failure to provide purchased access, and rights required by law remain reviewable.
Corrections and updates
Verified issues may be corrected through a controlled release. A reported concern does not automatically invalidate an item or change a score. Active candidates receive the current corrected version without an automatic access-period extension.
Privacy minimums
ReasonSpan™ collects information needed for accounts, access, payments, assessment delivery, support, and improvement. Payment-card information should remain with the payment processor. Candidate information will not be sold.
Support
Candidates may submit technical, content, access, billing, or other concerns through the account support page. Requests are stored with the candidate account and tracked by status.
