Your starting outline

10 weeks until your exam

About 80 planned study hours at 8 hours per week. This is an estimate of available time, not a recommended minimum or a pass prediction.

ReasonSpan™ PMP training and exam preparation are available now, with free practice. This planning outline does not document training hours. The course certificate requires completed guided activities, at least 35 recorded active instructional hours and a passed final assessment.

  1. 01 · Nov 7, 2026 to Nov 18, 2026

    Orient and diagnose

Confirm the current PMI outline and sample People, Process, and Business Environment.

  2. 02 · Nov 19, 2026 to Dec 17, 2026

    Repair the decision

Repair context, authority, and sequencing decisions across ways of working.

  3. 03 · Dec 18, 2026 to Jan 1, 2027

    Verify on new work

Try new situational problems with changed constraints and stakeholders.

  4. 04 · Jan 2, 2027 to Jan 15, 2027

    Integrate and rehearse

Practice mixed timed decisions and full-length sitting endurance.

How to adjust it: After your first baseline, shift time toward weak decisions and verify each repair with unfamiliar questions. Keep your exam date and official specification in view.

How long should you study?

The calendar depends on your exam date, the hours you can repeat each week, and the kind of errors a baseline reveals. A candidate with organized references and a recent baseline may use a shorter plan than someone rebuilding several weak areas after a long break. Protect separate time for review and unfamiliar, timed problems in either case.

For a concrete example, compare the study guidance for PMP. Confirm your exam provider's current specification before choosing materials. The planner estimates available study time; it cannot establish readiness or predict an exam result.
